The Brief

Project Overview

Originally a vacant former Kung Fu studio, this 5,000-square-foot space in Redmond was reimagined into a fully operational restaurant designed to support both back-of-house operations and the customer experience.

The project included a complete build-out from the shell stage, with new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with construction of the commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler, restrooms, and dining area. Over the course of 11 months, Linear Construction Services coordinated the work needed to help bring the business owner’s vision to life and prepare the space for opening day.
