Project Overview
Linear Construction completed a 25,000-square-foot office renovation in Redmond, reconfiguring the space to better support daily operations while bringing the building up to current accessibility standards.
Over the course of nine months, the project included office reconfigurations, a new suspended ceiling grid system with updated ceiling tiles, electrical improvements, construction of two new restrooms, new carpet and paint throughout, and a redesigned entryway. The team also removed walls and connected two separate units to create a more unified and functional workspace for the building’s occupants.
