The Brief

Project Overview

Linear Construction completed a 6,000-square-foot restaurant and brewery build-out in North Bend, transforming the space into a fully operational destination for dining and brewing.

Over the course of 10 months, the project included concrete cutting, new plumbing, flooring, walls, HVAC upgrades, and construction of the commercial kitchen and Class B hood system. The team also completed a change of use for the property, helping adapt the space to meet the requirements of its new purpose. From infrastructure upgrades to final finishes, the project was built to support both back-of-house operations and the customer experience.
